Our Manufacturing Process

We never compromise on the quality of our products. Our manufacturing procedure meets all Australian and European standards in the production of medicinal and pharmaceutical products. We promise that our skincare products pose no adverse health effects. Still, it's better to perform a rapid test before using the products.

Quality Skincare Manufacturing Practices

Our emu oil is processed at a world standard pharmaceutical rendering plant registered with the Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA) and HACCP (HACCP Australia Food Safety Accreditation.) TGA and HACCP are the most popular organisations for food safety and excellence. It ensures that we are offering products that suit HACCP-based food safety programs and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certifications.

We have seen that most manufacturers over process the natural ingredients at high temperatures with chemicals. There’s no need to perform this, until necessary. It destroys the vital components present inside it.

Our company prefers keeping the ancient linkage in its natural form. We don’t add or remove any of the items during the rendering process. Investigating thoroughly while making the skincare items is our daily job. It ensures that we manufacture emu oil in its pure way.

Correct Way To Manufacture Emu Oil

In the other parts of the world, the chemists practise something unusual while manufacturing emu oil. They follow the ‘triple refined’ or ‘super refined’ way of manufacturing. This formula for processing the emu oil is the same as that of crude oil - they want a “clean” and nice-looking oil that is transparent in colour. This procedure thoroughly strips out the turbid parts of the oil and cuts off all the functional and beneficial components. In bioactive terms, the Emu oil is already “dead” and is of no use.

Mother nature has undergone several changes and has taken millions of years to “assemble” the benefits of Emu oil and make it powerful. So, why destroy this beneficial substance by trying to make it look “nice”? There is no need to buy emu oil at all, right?
